Nervous System Reset is a two hours after-hours experience created to help you unwind, recalibrate and reconnect. Beginning with guided breath work and followed by personalised skin consultations, the evening supports both your nervous system and your complexion. In this nurturing event, Sara will be guiding restorative breathwork practices aimed at soothing and regulating the nervous system, creating inner spacious and ease, and releasing tension and stress. Expect to feel more grounded within your body, calm within your mind, and present within the moment - setting you up for a great nights sleep and an easeful start to the weekend ahead. This event is suitable for absolute beginners. Please get in touch if you have any injuries or health concerns that we should be made aware of. This is an exclusive event with just 12 spaces available to ensure a calm and personalised experience. Choose from one of two breathwork sessions: Session 1: 18:00–18:30 Session 2: 18:30–19:00 Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin promptly and hold a settled, uninterrupted space. After your session, you’ll move into The Glow Reset Lounge — a relaxed, low-lit setting to unwind with ceremonial tea or cacao, enjoy hand and forearm massage rituals, and receive your personalised Skin State consultation.
