Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy – The Glow Bar We require a non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking as long as we receive at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel your appointment or do not attend, and less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments cancelled or moved within 48 hours, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a deposit transfer.
